The Certified Servant Leader Certification and the NSLAA (CSL/NSLAA) Senior Leadership Team ensures that CSL and other CSL courses is operated in a manner that safeguards objectivity and impartiality in delivering certification services in a non-discriminatory manner.
1.1. Subject to limitations in this document, NSLAA and CSL shall make its services available to all applicants whose application for certification meets NLSAA’s publicly available criteria for certifications offered. 1.2. All NSLAA/CSL personnel involved in the delivery of certification services shall act objectively and be free from any undue commercial, financial or other pressures that could compromise impartiality, and are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest.
1.3. NSLAA/CSL shall not offer or provide any service that impacts its ability to be impartial. NSLAA/CSL does not provide consultancy or any other services that pose a risk to impartiality. NSLAA/CSL shall not suggest that certification would be simpler, easier, faster, or less expensive if any specified person or consultancy was used.
1.4. NSLAA/CSL monitors conformance to this Impartiality Policy through administration of its management system, including its process for managing risks.
